Shipping and Returns

The Stringer Edit currently ships to destinations within the UK. Please bear in mind delivery time does not include the processing time of 5 working days.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail and include packaging fees. If you wish to add a message to an order, please state this at the notes section when you checkout. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 days) - £3
UK UPGRADED DELIVERY (1-2 days) - £8.00 
 
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. If you require an item by a specific date, please order with plenty of time in advance. Remote locations may take longer to deliver. These may change in accordance with the Royal Mail website. Please visit their website for the most recent information regarding service updates and delays. 

RETURNS:

Cancellations and Exchanges
We do not offer cancellations or exchanges on orders placed through our site.

Returns
Our policy is 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of personalised or made to order goods. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept the return of jewellery including earrings. Downloads are non-refundable. 

To complete your return, please contact us by email to provide your order number and the items you are returning.

Refunds (if applicable)
It is you the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item/s are returned to the store as sold, with all labels still attached and in a sellable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received the returned goods. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please wait this full period before getting in contact about not receiving your refund.
We will then ask that you check your account again and contact your payment provider. Each bank has a processing period before and it may take a short time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not exchange items. If an item arrives defective or damaged we do not automatically issue a refund or exchange. We will ask that you show dated proof of purchase and proof of damages to determine if you qualify for an exchange of the same item. If the damaged item can be repaired we will ask you to return the items to us to be fixed instead.

Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep proof of returns as we are not responsible for any loss of items or damages that may occur in the mail.
