Shipping and Returns
The Stringer Edit currently ships to destinations within the UK and Internationally. Please bear in mind delivery time does not include the processing time of 5 working days.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail and include packaging fees. If you wish to add gift wrapping to any earrings this must be purchased at the same time as placing your order. If you wish to add a message to an order, please state this at the notes section when you checkout.

INTERNATIONAL (signed and/or tracked) - £12
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. If you require an item by a specific date, please order with plenty of time in advance. Remote locations may take longer to deliver. Due to new tax regulations, as of July 2021, customers in the EU may be charged VAT and/or duties on arrival. The Stringer Edit is not responsible for any additional import taxes or custom fees on arrival in your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these charges.
RETURNS:
If you change your mind about an item, please get in contact with us within 14 days. Depending on the nature of the item you may be able to return it. Earrings, personalised items or downloads are non-refundable. If you decide to return an item it is down to you, the customer, to pay for the return shipping. Should you not, shipping will be deducted from any refunds given. The item should be returned in a sellable condition. If not, the item will not be refunded.
Any items returned, that were purchased as part of a multi-offer, may be partially refunded to make up the items kept up to full price. Any free gifts received with the returned item must also be returned or the customer will forfeit the full cost of the free item. Free items can not be exchanged for money value.
